Mental Health and Addictions

Fundraising goal: $30,000

This collaboration of 6 community health partners (CMHA-Halton, Support House, ADAPT, Summit Housing & Outreach Programs, HOPE Place Centres, and STRIDE) has been brought together as an Alliance to provide sector-wide integration and support to address the complex mental health and addiction challenges faced by individuals. Alliance Halton partners will advise The Foundation on how to allocate funds raised through GIVEOakville.
