Home Suite Hope (HSH) unites a network of vital support services for single parents and their children; supporting them as they journey from poverty to stability. HSH’s Homeward Bound Halton (HBH) program is a four-year wraparound program that provides homeless mothers with stabilization supports including a rental subsidy, intensive case management, and access to childcare subsidy, as well as a full scholarship for a two-year college diploma, life skills and professional development workshops, mentorship, and employment supports.
Through HBH, participants are connected to all the resources and services they need to work through barriers to self-sufficiency. HSH strives to be the hand up that helps single parents become self-sufficient.
