This Fund was created to recognize and celebrate Frances Pace in her retirement from the Oakville Community Foundation. Throughout nearly 10 years with The Foundation, Frances was instrumental in a number of initiatives, especially around education which has always been close to her heart. This bursary will help to inspire future generations to fulfill their dreams.
