Karin is The Foundation’s Office Assistant and has been a part of the team for 3 years. Her responsibilities include processing payments weekly, depositing cheques and monitoring the info@ box and mail. And probably answering your phone calls!
Before joining The Foundation, Karin worked in Northern Ireland government offices and a school office. She moved to Oakville 10 years ago and lives with her husband and daughter.
Outside of the office she likes to grow her own veggies, go for nature walks and hikes and raise her own butterflies. Karin also spends a lot of time in the world of Irish dancing.
She aspires to live out in the country one day where she can grow most of the food her family eats.
In the office, Karin is always open, welcoming and a great conversationalist. We are looking forward to another fun year working alongside Karin at The Foundation!
