End-of-Year Donation Deadlines
To ensure your chosen charities receive their grants and, if applicable, you receive your charitable tax receipt, please ensure you are aware of the following deadlines:
- GIVEOakville: November 14 – December 8
- Grant Requests: December 8
- Stock Donations: December 15
- Online Donations & Postmarked Cheques: December 31
Cheques can also be dropped off at The Foundation office and left in the black security box mounted on the wall next to The Foundation office door.

- Wednesday, December 24 Open (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Thursday, December 25 Closed
- Friday, December 26 Closed
- Monday, December 29 Virtual (10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Tuesday, December 30 Virtual (10:00 am to 1:00 pm)
- Wednesday, December 31 Virtual (10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Thursday, January 1 Closed
- Friday, January 2 Virtual (10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
The office will reopen on Monday, January 5.
