Heartache2Hope is the only Ontario organization dedicated to helping suicide loss grievers with the immediate impacts of trauma and the grieving process. We offer a continuum of care using individual & group supports such as professional grief counselling, peer support, specialized trauma therapy, 12-week support groups, drop-in sessions, wellness and education.
We support children, youth and adults and are developing culturally relevant programs to reflect our community. In 2022, 380 people accessed our services, and the need is growing. Your donations will help expand our services to ensure that no one touched by suicide grieves alone.
