The Oakville Community Foundation is weeks away from launching its annual GIVEOakville campaign to support local charities in our community.
GIVEOakville is:
A local holiday giving campaign, featuring dozens of local charities operating in the Oakville and Halton areas. GIVEOakville makes it easy to explore and support your charitable passions while making an impact in the community.
GIVEOakville is unique because:
- The Foundation completes a rigorous review process to ensure each charity is Certified for Local Impact
- 100% of your donation goes to the charities of your choice; The Foundation pays for all administrative fees
- All of the information is in one place; find out more about the charity, the dollars they’ve requested and the type of work they’re doing in the community
- Every donation, big or small, receives a tax receipt
- You can donate to multiple charities in one single transaction
- You will remain free from further solicitations or newsletters; if you want to receive more information, the choice is yours

Your holiday giving has never been easier! From November 15 to December 13, navigate to www.giveoakville.com to start your giving journey. Explore six different causes and dozens of local charities all in one place.
Donations are completed online through the guide with the ability to complete multiple donations in a single transaction. You will receive your tax receipt electronically through email after you have completed your donation.
