Community Living Oakville provides support to over 300 people with developmental disabilities and recognizes the rights of everyone to have a full range of life choices, including access to education, affordable and appropriate housing, leisure options, gainful employment and participation in the community.
The Raise Your Voice Council organizes a variety of recreational, social and education opportunities that are open to all adults with a developmental disability across Halton and encourage full community participation while decreasing isolation. The Council learns to advocate for themselves and gain self confidence through leadership while developing their public speaking and organizational skills.
