Home Suite Hope unites a network of vital support services for single parents and their children to encourage and support them as they journey from poverty to stability. Through providing individualized, wraparound program supports, in partnership with leading organizations within Halton Region, we strive to be the hand-up that helps single parents become self-sufficient.
HSH aims to empower single parents to establish the necessary support systems and skills needed to make a long-lasting change in their circumstances and life trajectories. Our hope is to not only help the single parents coming through our program, but their children and onwards for an intergenerational impact that ends the cycle of poverty.
