March of Dimes Canada Non-Profit Housing Corporation (NPHC) offers Ontarians with physical disabilities a single solution for support, care, and accessible, affordable accommodation, recognizing that people are happiest living in a place they can call their own home. In Oakville, we operate the Jean and Howard Caine Apartments, a 59-unit apartment building for residents with physical disabilities. Twenty-four apartments are modified for safe and comfortable living for the residents, including wheelchair accessible showers and automatic doors. The entire building has fully accessible entrances, elevators, hallways and common areas. We provide social/recreational opportunities, including annual summer BBQs, and day trips to Niagara Falls.
