Oakvillegreen Conservation Association
Environment & Animal WellnessFundraising goal: $15,000
Looking to support local action to address the climate crisis and habitat and biodiversity loss?
Oakvillegreen mobilizes volunteers at large-scale tree planting and stewardship events to grow Oakville’s urban forest and enhance biodiversity. We deliver hands-on environmental programs with JK-Grade 12 students in Oakville schools to inspire tomorrow’s nature heroes.
Urgent climate action is needed now, and through local, collaborative efforts, we can make a difference. Since 2000, Oakvillegreen has planted more than 36,000 trees with the help of almost 13,000 volunteers and engaged more than 30,000 students in our school programs. Join us as we work hand-in-hand with Oakville residents to improve the health of our community and our planet.
