Looking to make a difference in your community to help protect and restore nature in Oakville? Oakvillegreen, a grassroots environmental charity, creates a hopeful future for Oakville where nature thrives. We mobilize thousands of volunteers from all ages to plant native trees to add to the urban forest canopy and to create pollinator habitat and improve biodiversity. We offer engaging hands-on environmental educational programs to students and people of all ages. In partnership with local organizations and businesses, we have planted nearly 40,000 native trees and shrubs, engaged 15,000 volunteers, and inspired over 31,000 students, demonstrating our impactful community involvement.
