Oasis Youth Care Program provides advocacy, housing and well-being support services to vulnerable youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness around the Halton Region. More than just a bed and a roof, our program provides culturally competent case management and individualized transition planning services to youth ageing out of the child welfare and youth justice systems.
We provide life skills training, life coaching and mentoring, so they can build and strengthen their self- efficacy; enrich their overall wellbeing and become valuable members of our communities.
