The purpose of TWC is to offer support to women experiencing crisis, distress, or transition in a caring confidential non-judgmental, safe space. With the declaration of intimate partner violence as an epidemic in Halton and our services are needed now more than ever. Our mission is to invest in all women through barrier-free access to safe and supportive programs and services which promote inclusivity, equality, and empowerment. TWC aims to foster independence by meeting ALL women at whatever stage they are in their journey, recognizing it is not always linear, and provide them with agency.
